Every price,
on this page.
Locate software is usually quoted on a call, after a demo, with a year paid up front. We would rather just tell you. No setup fee, monthly or annual, and sixty days to change your mind on your first subscription. Prices are in Canadian dollars, per company, plus HST.

- $2.00 a ticket above 25, and nothing stops working
- All of Mini, plus
- Receive from other companies at no extra cost
- Every job kept as its own project, assigned to the people on it
- 20 Autopilot tickets a month. After that your coordinator confirms each read, or $7.50 a ticket if you switch it on
- $1.00 a ticket above 150, and nothing stops working
- All of Tracker, plus
- 50 Autopilot tickets a month, then $1.00 a ticket instead of $7.50
- No ceiling on tickets instead of 150 a month
- 5 office seats and 50 field users instead of 2 and 20
- Your zones wherever you draw: every existing zone on the request map, so you see where new ones go
- First training hour free
Do the locates come to you?
A different job, so a different product.
- Every locate a contractor shares with you, on your own crews' phones
- Grouped by who gave you the job, and offline at the site
- It only receives: no requesting locates, no re-sharing
For the contractor who wants Dig Window wired into how they already work: delivery into SharePoint or your own API, the compliance export, a named contact with a phone number and a quarterly review, Sharing and the Monday.com connector included, and customisation at $150 an hour. No per-project fee, because offices and divisions hold their own budgets and buy their own Autopilot.
Talk to usIt is called Autopilot because
the paperwork runs itself.
Tracker already does the hard part: every One Call zone drawn on a live field map, expiry and lateness watched without anyone asking, and the complete package on your crews' phones offline. Autopilot does the rest: it reads every utility response as it arrives and assembles the package on its own. Anything it is not sure of goes to your coordinator, and the decision to dig stays with your crew and the paperwork. Tracker gives you 20 Autopilot tickets a month to see it work on your own tickets. Pro runs it on 50 and keeps going at $1.00 a ticket.
- They open each utility's response and record the verdict
- The map shows who is still outstanding, so nothing is chased blind
- They assemble the package once the last member is in
- It goes out, and the crew has it offline at the site
- Responses are read as they arrive, in whatever format the utility sends
- The same map, watching the same outstanding members
- The package assembles itself the moment the last member answers
- It is on the crew's phone before they leave the yard, and opens with no signal
What is not on the bill
No setup fee
Nothing is charged to get started. If you want your old tickets brought across we quote it by the hour at $150, but most contractors skip it.
The first training hour is free
On Pro and above. It usually takes less than that. The crews' half is a map and a green stamp. Written guides cover the rest, and more time is $150 an hour if you want it.
Sixty days, not thirty
Cancel, or tell us in writing, within sixty days of starting your first subscription and the base subscription fee you paid for that period comes back. Usage charges, add-ons, tax already remitted and hours we worked are not refunded, and it does not apply to renewals, plan changes or a second subscription. Sixty rather than thirty because utility responses take about two weeks to return, so a thirty-day window closes before you have seen the thing work. Customer Terms, section 5.7.
Seats, sharing and the add-ons
Your plan's field users are included. Every one above that is $10 a month: one rate, whatever size you are, with no bands to work out. One device per field login, so a phone is a phone and not a shared account. An extra office seat is $49.
A company that receives your tickets holds its own plan, so their crews are never counted on your bill.
Send a whole project folder, or one ticket at a time, to a subcontractor's own account. Unlimited partners, unlimited shares. They see what you share and nothing else, and no other company you work with can see it either.
Included in Enterprise.
Every completed locate package lands on your Monday board, on the row that holds that ticket number, with the completed date and the ticket status. A revised package is added beside the earlier one; nothing on your board is ever deleted, and no row is created. Setup takes about ten minutes under Company, Connections, or we do it for you at $150 an hour.
Tracker and Pro. Included in Enterprise. How it works.
Who opened which package, and when, exported monthly for your health-and-safety and insurance files. It goes to you and nobody else. We disclose it to no one without your say-so or a warrant.
History import, extra training, or anything you want built to fit how you work. Quoted before it starts, billed on its own invoice, and never a condition of starting.
What counts as a ticket
One One Call request number that reaches us, counted once, however many emails it arrives in. Relocates and continuations get new numbers, so they count. A ticket you cancel later still counts. One Call's own duplicates do not.
Ontario One Call is free to contractors. The ticket line is not us reselling it. It pays for reading every utility's response, assembling the package and getting it onto the phone of whoever is standing on the ground.
Questions
Is there a free trial?
Not a trial account, no. A locate tool cannot prove much in a sandbox, because utility responses take about two weeks to come back. So you start on the real thing instead: your own One Call tickets, your own crews, and on Tracker or Pro your first 100 tickets running on Autopilot free. If it is not working, cancel or tell us in writing within sixty days of starting your first subscription and the base subscription fee for that period comes back.
Usage charges (including tickets past the free 100), add-ons, tax already remitted and any hours you asked us to work are not refunded, and the offer does not apply to renewals, plan changes or a second subscription. Customer Terms, section 5.7.
Why first and last month?
Tickets and seats bill after they are used, so a last month is the one we could never claw back. The deposit is one month of your plan, fixed at signing, and it comes off your final invoice. It is not an extra fee.
What if you go over the ticket allowance?
Nothing stops working. Mini is $2.00 a ticket above 25 and Tracker is $1.00 above 150. Autopilot tickets past the included 20 on Tracker are $7.50 each, only if you switch that on; otherwise your coordinator confirms them. Pro is $1.00 an Autopilot ticket past 50, with no ceiling at all. If you are consistently over, the next plan up is usually cheaper, and we will say so.
Can you change plans later?
Yes, either direction, month to month with 30 days' notice. Moving up takes effect immediately; moving down takes effect at your next renewal so you are never charged twice for the same month.
Does it connect to Monday.com?
Yes. Dig Window places each completed locate package on the matching row of your Monday board, with the completed date and the ticket status, and tells you when a ticket has no row yet. Nothing on your board is ever deleted and no row is created. Setup takes about ten minutes under Company, Connections, or we can do it for you at $150 an hour. It is $149 a month on Tracker and Pro and included in Enterprise. Other tools: ask us. How the connector works.
Thirty minutes, your own tickets.
Before the call, forward us the emails for two locates you finished recently: each One Call confirmation and the utility replies, as they came in. On the call you will see your last month of tickets on the map, and those tickets end to end on a phone: the zone, the responses, the package. Cannot find the emails? Come anyway; that is the point.
