The plans, in one line each
- Partner receives locates shared by a contractor. No requests of its own.
- Mini tracks your own tickets, with your coordinator recording responses.
- Tracker adds Autopilot on 20 tickets a month, projects and assignment.
- Pro runs Autopilot on 50 tickets a month and keeps going at $1.00 a ticket.
- Enterprise is Pro with the add-ons included.

Add-ons: extra field users at $10 a month each above the plan's allowance; sharing with another company at $99 a month; the Monday.com connector at $149 a month on Tracker and Pro. Training, history import and custom work are $150 an hour (Onboarding and training).
What you paid for
Your card (or bank account, on pre-authorized debit) was charged the first month plus a final-month deposit. The deposit is held and applied to your last invoice if you ever leave. Sixty days of money-back on the base fee, no questions.
Where the bills live
Settings › Billing
The plan card shows what the plan includes and how much of it is in use this month: office seats, field users, Autopilot tickets. Manage billing opens every invoice and receipt and the card on file. Add-ons switch on and off on the same page; a removed add-on runs to the end of the period already paid for. On Tracker, Keep Autopilot on past the included 20 is the switch that decides whether responses above that count are read for you or come to Review.
