Onboarding and training

Most companies set themselves up from these pages in an afternoon. When you would rather we set it up with you, or you have a history of locates to bring in, this is what we offer.

Training

A screen-share with your coordinator and, if you like, a crew lead: the One Call setup, the tracker, the field app, projects. $150 an hour. On Pro, the first hour is free.

History import

We bring in your existing locate tickets so the tracker is not empty on day one. Quoted at $150 an hour once we have seen the records (a shared folder, a spreadsheet, or a mailbox export). Most imports are two to four hours.

Customisation

Custom fields, delivery into your own SharePoint or system, reports in your own format. Quoted per request at $150 an hour.
